GTM Engineering

A go-to-market engineering platform for SDR and AE teams: sequences, an AE pipeline, and an Agent Studio, deployable to your own infrastructure instead of a vendor's cloud.

Overview

Most sales-engagement tools rent you a black box. This is the platform underneath one: a Control Plane with real adoption and ROI metrics, Sequences for multi-channel SDR cadences with per-step funnel tracking, an AE Pipeline board with recoverable-revenue math on every deal, and an Enrichment waterfall that resolves contacts the way Clay does. On top sits an Agent Studio: seven SDR/AE agent templates (account research, enrichment, reply triage, scheduling, CRM updates, list building, signal monitoring) that you configure, test, and deploy to a runtime you choose, Managed, your own VPS, or the edge. The flagship example vertical is real estate: the platform watches public social signals for property managers dropping leads, prices the monthly revenue leak, and drafts the outreach; the same mechanic could point at any vertical with a public complaint signal. Every company, dollar figure, and pipeline record in the demo is sample data; the signal monitor's live search hits real public posts.

What it involved

  • Agent Studio: seven SDR/AE agent templates (account researcher, enrichment, reply triage, scheduler, CRM updater, list builder, signal monitor), each with a config form, a test panel, and one-click deploy to a chosen runtime.
  • Deploy-anywhere runtimes: every agent and monitor picks where it runs, Managed, your own VPS, or the edge, the same 'choose your infrastructure' pattern the platform demos on itself.
  • Sequences: multi-channel SDR cadences with per-step funnel metrics (sent, opened, replied, bounced) and a visual builder.
  • AE Pipeline: a real opportunity board (lead through closed-won) with recoverable-ARR math and deal-risk scoring on every record, not a flat queue.
  • Live signal monitoring: real-time public search surfaces buying signals, prices the monthly revenue impact, and drafts the opener.
  • An in-app assistant that can navigate the product for you: ask it a question and it can jump you to the right screen or run an example.
